A few months ago Apple Music came to the Amazon Echo devices. But once it does, it's all Apple Music for you, all the time. Amazon also announced the availability of the Apple Music skill will expand to include the United Kingdom for Fire TV and Echo devices in the "coming weeks". There's no word on when or if Apple Music will be available on Google Home.

Those across the pond have been able to stream music via Apple's subscription service since December. After allowing the Cupertino-based company to bring Apple Music to Echo speakers, Amazon now enables even more of its customers to get a taste of the music streaming service.

If you've already enabled the Apple Music Alexa skill for your Echo devices, you don't need to do anything to begin listening to your library on a Fire TV. Have you tested it out on an Alexa device? According to Apple, their music streaming services hit 50 million subscribers in early 2018 but this is still well behind the 83 million paid Spotify subscribers announced in July 2018.

"Just ask Alexa to play Beats 1 to hear Apple Music's global livestream including in-depth artist interviews- all completely ad-free".
