Brown won the Virginia Lottery 30 times that day. She chose to purchase 10 more tickets later in the day - again going for the number combo of 1-0-3-1, NBC News reports. On February 11, 2019, that person was Deborah Brown.

"A couple of times during the day, I saw those numbers", Brown said.

"She's considering some home renovation", the Virginia Lottery said in a statement. Later that evening, each of Brown's tickets won the jackpot, netting her $150,000 in prize money, NBC News reported.

All of the tickets were purchased at the Irongate Shell located at 6437 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield County.

While Brown has no plan for her winnings, she is considering spending it on home renovations.
