'AGT: The Champions' 2019: Final 12 Acts Revealed | America's Got Talent, Television

Fifty of the world's wildest acts returned to compete in America's Got Talent: The Champions, and in just 12 short hours, one of them will be declared the victor.

The 57-year-old Scottish singer, who shot to fame onBritain's Got Talent 10 years ago, failed to make it into the final five on Monday's decider and instead magician Shin Lim triumphed.

The Blackburn native was holding on hope to taking the Champions crown too, telling People magazine: 'Of course, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed, but also deep down I didn't think I would win.

The studio audience gave Darci Lynne - who made the finals as one of two wildcard performers - a raucous standing ovation, and the judges were floored.

She first joined "America's Got Talent" in 2017 where she received her first Golden Buzzer and finished second. "U guys are the best & I consider myself the luckiest girl in the world", Hale added.

"Tonight, we'll learn if her mind-blowing take on Italian opera is enough to earn her the title of "World Champion" on the "America's Got Talent" spin-off, which brought together fan favorite acts from past seasons of "AGT" and around the globe from the other "Got Talent" franchises", spanning 194 territories. County Durham teenager Courtney Hadwin, who reached the final of AGT past year, also competed in the champions version but was eliminated in the earlier rounds.

Titled Ten, it is due to be released in May.
