She's been plagued by bad comments from members of the controversial Markle family since she started dating Prince Harry.

It was a romance straight out of Hollywood, and the wedding day was as picture ideal as imagined-from Markle's stunning Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy-designed dress to the spectacular floral displays and the adorable bridesmaids and pageboys, which of course included young British royals Princess Charlotte and Prince George.

One of Samantha's supporters replied: "Samantha should be black, then Me'again might care".

Mr Markle did not attend his daughter's wedding in Windsor in May 2018 after he suffered a heart attack.

Thomas Markle has shown the Mail on Sunday text messages that he claims prove he has tried to contact his estranged daughter.

However, once the wedding was over, a rumoured rift emerged between father and daughter over his absence at the wedding and also his eagerness to talk to the media about his daughter.

Meghan Markle and her father Thomas Markle have had all kinds of public drama since Meg married into the royal family.

The existence of the letter was for a first time revealed to the press after a couple of Meghan Markle's close friends gave anonymous interviews to an American celebrity magazine.

'I pleaded with you to stop reading the tabloids. "Something I will never understand", she wrote.

In the handwritten note, Meghan is said to have accused Thomas Markle of "unwarranted pain" and "making the choice to not tell the truth". Please allow us live our lives in peace. I begged you to accept help-we sent someone to you home.and instead of speaking to you me to accept this or any help, you stopped answering your phone and chose to only speak to tabloids.you haven't reached out to me since the week of our wedding, and while you claim that you have no way of contacting me my phone number has remained the same. "Please stop lying, please stop creating so much pain, please stop exploiting my relationship with my husband". "I thought it would be an olive branch".
