Dua Lipa & St. Vincent Perform "Masseduction"/"One Kiss" Mashup at Grammys

St. Vincent won for Best Rock Song for her album's title track "Masseducation", and Dua Lipa for Best New Artist. She added: "I guess this year we've really stepped up".

After winning two awards at the 2019 GRAMMYs, Dua Lipa subtly outed Neil Portnow, the president of the Recording Academy. The singer wore a floor-length silver gown on the red carpet, and I think she should win an award based on this look alone. The stunning gown sparkled under the lights of the myriad camera flashes that lined the red carpet-and had some fans calling her a high-fashion version of Wonder Woman. She said that she was "honoured.to be nominated alongside so many incredible female artists this year".

Before her acceptance speech was cut off, Best New Artist Grammy victor Dua Lipa shouted out her fellow female nominees this year, commenting that "I guess this year we really stepped up".

Dua faced stiff competition from artists like H.E.R., Bebe Rexha, Chloe x Halle and fellow Brit Jorja Smith, and was visibly emotional as she made her way onto the stage.
