"Charlotte loves olives", the Duchess told the assembled children, according to People.

Though the idea of being royal-born may conjure images of literal toddlers in tiaras and 5-year-olds ordering filet mignon like it's chicken nuggets, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are here to upend those visions.

Matthew Kleiner-Mann, the CEO of Ivy Learning Trust, of which Lavender Primary School is a part, told the newspaper that the duchess also discussed Charlotte and George's own early attempts at cooking. When they made cheesy pasta, Middleton reportedly said that one of her children stirred the flour, while the other added milk and butter into the mixture. "And they make salads and stuff", he explained. For her contribution, the duchess brought a photo of her family, which showed all five of them, including little Prince Louis.

Kate chatted with some youngsters at Lavender Primary School.

And you 'd be forgiven for asking yourself - "Hmmm, what DO princes and princesses love to munch on?"

The doting mom was out and about to commemorate the start Children's Mental Health Week - a time of year that's very important to Kate's heart, as royal patron of the mental health awareness charity Place2Be.
