Rapper Lil Baby has been arrested in the USA state of Georgia after he allegedly recklessly passed other cars at high speed in an orange Corvette and tried to flee a state trooper. According to TMZ, the 24-year-old was pulled over and detained by Georgia State Patrol, and is being charged with failure to signal, eluding the police, and reckless driving. Fans caught footage of the incident, which shows a cop aggressively holding Lil Baby to the ground and handcuffing him in the middle of the highway.

The statement said a trooper with his emergency equipment activated chased Jones as he wove between cars at high speed.

Trooper said the Corvette then turned right on Lee Street, was speeding, and weaving in and out of traffic. The trooper exited his vehicle and ordered Jones to do the same. He performed last Thursday along with Migos and Lil Yachty at the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
