The Weeknd: 'Lost in The Fire' Stream, Lyrics, & Download

While Drake was famously instrumental in launching The Weeknd's career, things seemingly soured in 2012 when The Weeknd signed with Republic Records instead of Drake's OVO Sound label. It certainly seems like it.

The 28-year-old performer teamed up French producer Gesaffelstein to drop the song "Lost in The Fire".

Fans across the internet were quick to jump on the lyric, claiming it might be a not-so-subtle reference to a secret child Drake fathered with French artist and former adult actress Sophie Brussaux in October 2017. Anyway, this is all speculative of course, but fans have pointed out lyrics as a possible reference to Drake's secret son that he acknowledged past year. And while he could never "hide one", the Canadian rapper had no problem doing exactly that until he was called out for doing by Pusha T during one of last year's nastiest rap beefs. But aside from enjoying the music, fans are interpreting some of the lyrics as shots at Drake.

To be fair, Drake said that he wasn't hiding his son from the world but rather hiding "the world from my kid". Thought the relationship between the two Toronto natives has sometimes been bumpy, it's never been this tense before, at least publically.
