The controversy comes almost a year after his highly criticized vlog in Japan's Aokigahara 'Suicide Forest, ' where he filmed the body of a suicide victim during a trip to the island nation in early 2018.

Paul caught hate after he revealed during his Impaulsive podcast Wednesday that he and co-host Mike Majlak have a weird resolution for the month of March, as first reported by E! "January is sober vegan January and then February is..." he says before running off on a tangent. For March though, the co-hosts said it was "Male-Only March". His fans were mostly confused, some downright hateful, meanwhile the actual LGBTQ community was both confused and honestly just kind of wishing he'd just go away instead of "going gay".

"And then swing ... go back", Majlak added.

Logan Paul is back to causing controversy.

The outcry from people on social media has been swift however, defending the LGBTQ+ community from this extremely harmful accusation that being gay is somehow a choice (and not only a choice, but a gag).

"Literally f-k logan paul. you can't just "go gay for a month" you're literally insulting the LGBTQ+ community. f-k off", wrote one social media user.

Logan Paul trying to save his career. Now if Paul's "going gay" resolution doesn't fill you with anger for some reason, that should.

GLAAD also took issue with Paul's comment, writing on Twitter on Friday: "That's not how it works".

In response, Paul said it was his "fault" and that it was a "very poor choice of words".
