Giannis Antetokounmpo fires Milwaukee Bucks past Houston Rockets

The East-leading Milwaukee Bucks had to pull every trick in the bag as they earned a much-needed road win against the Houston Rockets, 116-109.

After Washington's 26-point third-quarter lead was cut to 12 in the fourth, Beal outscored Philadelphia 14-5 to make it 116-95 with 4:22 left.

"All I care about is winning, to be honest with you" Giannis Antetokounmpo said following his 27-point, 21-rebound performance in the Toyota Center.

Overall this season, Harden is averaging a league-best 33.7 points per game to go along with 8.7 assists, 5.9 rebounds and two steals over 37.2 minutes per game while shooting 43.6 percent from the floor, 38.6 percent from three-point range and 85.1 percent from the free-throw line. Rockets team-mate Clint Capela chipped in 18 points and 13 rebounds, but Milwaukee's balanced offense was too overwhelming. Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon added 24 points on 9-of-12 shooting.

New Orleans rookie Frank Jackson had 19 points to set a season high for a second straight game off the bench.

Blake Griffin had 16 points and 6 assists for the Pistons, while Andre Drummond had only 6 points but grabbed 17 rebounds.

Jayson Tatum was among five other Celtics scoring in double figures with 20 points as Boston completed a four-game sweep at home and extended its home winning streak to six.

Domantas Sabonis had 20 points and seven rebounds for the Pacers. He finished with six points, five rebounds and five fouls.

T.J. Warren scored 20 points for the Suns. The Magic ended a six-game trip with four straight losses.

Joel Embiid had 35 points and 14 rebounds in a 123-106 76ers' loss to the Wizards.

Jimmy Butler added 23 points, and Ben Simmons had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Philadelphia. Trae Young had 17 points and seven assists, and Jeremy Lin added 16 points.

Jordan Clarkson led Cleveland with 21 points. Matthew Dellavedova added 17 and Cameron Payne had 16 off the bench as the Cleveland reserves totaled 75 points.

Joe Ingles added 16 points and seven assists, and Rudy Gobert had 12 points and 14 rebounds. Nikola Vucevic added 20 points and eight rebounds, Aaron Gordon registered 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Terrence Ross had 13 points.

Luka Doncic made four 3-pointers on his way to a 30-point performance in the Mavericks' 104-94 victory against the Suns. The Spurs' 30 field goals and 14 assists were both season lows. Portland has won three straight and five of its last six games. DeMarre Carroll added 17 points while Spencer Dinwiddie and Joe Harris contributed 16 apiece for the Nets.

John Collins had 30 points and 14 rebounds for the Hawks, who may have run out of steam after their strong start while playing on the second straight night.
