FC Barcelona are planning to sacrifice club-record signing Philippe Coutinho after just a year at the club, in order to fund a sensational world-record transfer return for his compatriot Neymar Jr.

But any deal to return will be extremely complicated due to the way he left the Nou Camp, according to Iniesta.

However, after playing just seven minutes in Barcelona's narrow 2-1 win over Getafe on Sunday it's been reported in Spanish media that the Blaugrana are willing to part with the talented playmaker - as the only member of the squad who'd be able to fund for Neymar's return.

There was even reports last month that the sensation was so desperate to come back his staff made "constant calls" to his former club.

He reportedly already met with Neymar's father in London back in November, and now again but this time in Brazil during the player's winter break.

Catalunya Radio also report that Israeli agent Pini Zahavi was present for the meetings.

The PSG coach spoke before the game against Guingamp and assured: "I think Neymar feels really happy, he's professional".

No doubt PSG would be desperate to hold onto Neymar but the Ligue 1 leaders are now being investigated by UEFA over their transfer dealings in relation to Financial Fair Play. "You have seen his statistics and what he does in training". Have your say in the comments section below.
