Persona 5's Joker Will Be Super Smash Bros Ultimate DLC

Ultimate - but there's no sign of Metroid Prime 4. Sadly, Nintendo didn't have anything else to reveal about the new character - no in game footage, no screenshots and no hints.

Technically the cast of the game do appear in Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth for the 3DS, which has just been released in Japan, but this isn't the first time a character has appeared in Smash that doesn't have a close relationship with a Nintendo console.

Representing the Japanese company Atlus will be Joker from Persona 5. This character is Piranha Plant.

The Fighters Pass will include five additional new characters that Nintendo will reveal at a later date, each with their own stage and music tracks.
