The Game Awards are here again, one of the most prestigious end-of-year awards ceremonies for the video game industry.

The 2018 Game Awards, hosted by Geoff Keighley, begins at 6PM PT / 9PM ET.

The Game Awards are back, and this year promises the biggest lineup of game announcements to date. The embedded YouTube video above is a full 4K stream, ensuring you can get every new trailer in high-resolution goodness. You can also watch The Game Awards live here on GameSpot and follow along with all the news and reveals. You can see all the available streaming platforms on the The Game Awards website.

There's a good possibility that the likes of Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America will be taking to The Game Awards' stage, but it has gotten to the point where we sort of already expect it. Keighley is perhaps best known for his work over the years with Entertainment Weekly, Spike TV, G4, and YouTube, as well as his landmark series of behind the scenes game development stories known as "The Final Hours". MP1st will also have the show's announcements and reveals right here as it happens.

Fortnite is adding a creative mode.

As far as game announcements go, we already know a few confirmed guests and have hints at a number of others. Nintendo tweeted urging fans to tune into the awards before the release of Super Smash Bros Ultimate next week, so it's likely the announcement will be related to that.
