Offset's alleged mistress apologizes to Cardi B

For some, the period after choosing to leave a marriage (or at least after letting everyone around you know you plan to) can be an incredibly sad one. The 26-year-old was in town to film the video for "Twerk", her collaboration with the City Girls, and stayed there to host Art Basel festivities at E11EVEN Miami.

Summer regularly posts selfies, often wearing very little in the images, to her followers.

But she's sure to add a few more followers to her profile after tearfully declaring her involvement in breaking up Cardi and Offset's marriage on Wednesday.

Summer went on to publicly apologise to Cardi for any harm she may have done to their relationship.

There have also been rumors that fellow female rapper Cuban Doll was secretly involved with Offset as well.

Representatives for Cardi B and Offset have been approached by Metro.co.uk for comment.

In a grovelling apology video published by the website, Summer says: 'I feel ashamed.

"I have not spoken to Cardi but I would like her to know I am a very genuine person and I'm not here to breakup a family and I'm very sorry this is happening", she continued. I never meant to break up a happy home'.

Offset was linked to rapper Cuban Doll when his alleged text messages leaked.

This rap/soap hip-opera saga continues with a woman named Summer Bunni who emerged and said she cheated and had sex with Offset.

Cardi announced in the early hours of Wednesday morning that she made a decision to move on from her relationship. "But things just haven't been working out between us for a long time and it's nobody's fault".

"I just hope she can overcome this".
