ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 price leak online, could start from ~RM1318

So yesterday, we managed to get our hands on the upcoming ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2. Now, a new leak has propped up online revealing price and additional specifications of the ZenFone Max Pro M2 as well as the ZenFone Max M2, which is rumoured to be launching alongside the smartphone. The website has leaked the information about the specifications and pricing of both the smartphones. The smartphone is expected to be priced between $181 to $215 (Rs 12,0000 to Rs 15,0000) Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 specifications and pricing The smartphone is expected to come with a 6.3-inch full HD+ display with 1080x2280 pixel resolution.

As per the claims from Corning, the Gorilla Glass 6 display has been touted to be one of the strongest displays in the market right now.

Pricing will play a key role in deciding the fate of the ZenFone Max Pro M2 in India.

According to sources, the ZenFone Max Pro M2 variants could start from 280 euros (~RM1318, 4GB + 64GB) and 300 euros (~RM1413). The 32 GB model of the phone may feature 3 GB of RAM. Also, since the Zenfone Max Pro M2 makes its way in the mid-range segment with the intention of dominating the field then it definitely seems to be an appropriate addition.

The 1.8 GHz Snapdragon 632 SoC is expected to power the ZenFone Max M2.

In these renders, the Asus ZenFone Max M2 is seen sporting a display notch, a slight chin at the bottom, a metallic back, dual camera setup, and a rear fingerprint scanner as well. Earlier teasers as well as the said promotional prank flaunt the Corning Gorilla Glass 6 that the Zenfone Max Pro M2 comes equipped with, and considering that the handset is aimed at mid-range segment, we are not surprised.

A lot is already known about the ZenFone Max Pro M2, thanks to the hype around its release date.

Coming to specs, the report states that the ZenFone Max M2 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box, and sports a 6.3-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) LCD display. Fore capturing selfies, it has an 8-megapixel shooter.

This could mean that the smartphone packs the same 5,000mAh battery as its predecessor.
