Here is Miniutti's IMDB page which shows she has had cameo roles in a few films.

Avenatti, 47, was cuffed by Los Angeles Police Department detectives and booked for felony domestic assault "on suspicion" he struck the unidentified woman last Tuesday, police said.

Public records show her with an address in Manhattan.

The woman, Mareli Miniutti, says she and Avenatti were in the master bedroom of their apartment arguing about money on November 13, when he called her an "ungrateful f**king bitch". according to docs. Further, Miniutti alleges Avenatti grabbed her wrist and tried to drag her out of the bed. She also alleges that he "forcefully" hit her in the face with pillows.

Miniutti claims she tried texting a friend for help, but claims Avenatti grabbed the cell phone. He was arrested after following her to the apartment, where she had gone to retrieve her possessions.

Mareli says she was eventually able to get out of the apartment, but she claims Avenatti rode down in the elevator with her while begging, "Don't do this Mareli, don't involve them". presumably referring to building security. She also alleged that this was not the first time he abused her, saying that in February he pushed her into a hallway, causing her to hit her head. Avenatti allegedly then whipped her shoes at her leg. Mimiutti claims, according to The Blast, that the resistance folk hero has a "history of being verbally abusive and financially controlling" and is "vehemently opposed my desire to earn a living outside of Hollywood". Avenatti reportedly promised the actress that he will "take care" of her.

Shortly after the Blast story was published, Avenatti tweeted to maintain his innocence, calling any claims of domestic violence committed by him "bogus and fabricated". "And I will be exonerated".

Avenatti has spent much of Tuesday railing against the gossip site TMZ, which initially reported that he had battered his estranged wife, before later correcting that. TMZ reported on Tuesday that court documents showed that it was Miniutti who has been granted a restraining order she requested.

He posted US$50,000 bail and was released about four hours after his arrest.
