Jason Momoa Trains for Battle in Final ‘Aquaman’ Trailer

More than 1,000 theaters around the country are taking part, including theaters from AMC, Regal, National Amusement Theaters and ArcLight Cinemas. Pictures that will allow Prime members in the United States to purchase tickets for early showings of Aquaman a week before its nationwide release.

Amazon today announced an exclusive partnership with Warner Bros.

Now it looks as though they'll get their chance - at least if they're Amazon Prime members.

"Bringing this epic origin story and the wondrous underwater world to the screen has been an incredible experience for the whole cast and crew, and I'm so excited for Prime members to be our first [U.S.] audience for Aquaman", director James Wan said in a statement. The film, starring Momoa (Justice League, Game of Thrones) in the title role, reveals the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry and takes him on the journey of his lifetime - one that will not only force him to face who he really is, but to discover if he is worthy of who he was born to be... a king. Notably, the film has already picked up a fair amount of positive reviews. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, said, "James Wan has created an epic adventure for the big screen".
