That's what happened according to Nickaroo93's video above, the YouTuber who was a part of the Fallout 76 squad that witnessed three nukes hit the ground nearly simultaneously. To that end, the group of players made a decision to launch three nukes at the same time in the same world.

This week we learned what happens when you launch one of Fallout 76's nukes at a fissure site: you spawn a really big, high level Scorchbeast Queen and a bunch of end-game loot. However, most players that make the attempt aren't getting much for results, since they are crashing the server by doing so.

It turns out that Fallout 76 servers have as much chance of surviving a barrage of three nukes as your frail, fleshy body. Following the recent discover of a Scorchbeast Queen, the group were experimenting to see whether nukes could cause any other special events.

But what would happen if you launch more than one nuke?

To find out, he team decide to synchronise the launch of three nuclear weapons, which they do, but upon investigating the blast zone are swiftly booted out of the game as the servers crashed.

A team of dedicated gamers have discovered just what it takes to cause a Fallout 76 server crash, having seemingly caused one such crash.
