With an achieved four platinum certified albums and sixteen certified singles in the UK, Little Mix have continuously been a dominant force in the British music industry, with LM5 undoubtedly continuing their dominance, and hopefully this era will see the girls dominate globally too.

Their idea was to strip the band's look right back and show the attractive features in a move that has been praised by fans.

A second tweet, signed off by Perrie, thanked fans. Seeing the little clip of the "Strip' music video, it's inspired me to show the real me, stripped".

'This is exactly the reason why little mix are such rolemodels!' And the world loves them for it.

Little Mix also shared a short clip from the black-and-white music video for the song, featuring women of all races, shapes, sizes, and ages dancing to the music.

Already the response has been huge, with fans launching the hashtag #StripWithLittleMix...

Over the last few years, we've watched and listened as the girls - who won The X Factor in 2011 - have shared their own challenges. "Strip is a really special song from LM5, it's all about standing proud and we wrote it to encourage and empower people to be who they are".

In the picture released ahead of the video, the girls have been inked with words that they once saw as flaws but now recognise as being their strengths.

Mental health advocate and author Bryony Gordon stars in the clip alongside body positive muse Megan Jayne Crabbe. We're talking about stuff we've wanted to speak about for ages.

However, we know the reality of that is far from our hopes and we often encounter inequalities in all areas of our day to day activities.
