Tekashi 6ix9ine's Kidnapping Suspect Reportedly Arrested

Ellison has pled not guilty to all the charges against him. A grand jury indicted the suspect on one count of conspiracy to obstruct commerce by robbery, one count of obstructing commerce by robbery as well as one count of carrying out a firearm to commit a crime.

A grand jury indicted Anthony Jamel Ellison, 31, on October 31 for the July 22 attack, in which Tekashi claims he was kidnapped and robbed of $750,000 in jewelry and $20,000 in cash when he was coming home from a music video shoot.

Sources connected to the incident says Ellison had been a member of 69's camp before his career took off.

Tekashi69 (real name Daniel Hernandez), 22, leaving music video shoot on July 22 when, at approximately 4 AM, he was dragged out of an SUV by three armed assailants and pistol-whipped, according to TMZ's original report.

At the time 6ix9ine was robbed, it was reported that he'd been robbed of over $750,000 worth of jewelry.

While two of the assailants made their way into the rapper's home, another stayed behind to watch him.

After the bump, two gunmen got out of the auto, took Tekashi's driver's phone and struck the "Oof" rapper before forcing him into their vehicle.

They allegedly drove off with the Brooklyn rapper, who eventually escaped and found his way to a hospital.

A man who was once part of Tekashi 6ix9ine's "management" team, is now accused of pistol-whipping and robbing the rapper.
