Demi Lovato has shared her first photo since leaving rehab.

Demi's last post on her page is dated back to July after she deleted the statement she posted shortly after her overdose.

And now looking much healthier, the star shared her first picture of herself in over three months as she posted a picture of herself at a polling station.

"I am so grateful to be home in time to vote. One vote can make a difference, so make sure your voice is heard!"

According to sources, she has "truly turned her life around".

Wendy Williams, 54, is anxious about Demi Lovato, 26, following the singer's 90-day stint in rehab.

Even though she's out of treatment, Demi is still very focused on her recovery, regularly attending AA meetings and working with a sober coach around the clock.

"She wants to remain out of rehab".

Instead, she's been splitting her time out of rehab in a few places, including at her mother's house and designer Henri Alexander Levy's house. Additionally, a source said the 26-year-old Grammy nominee is "moving around" and will not return to the home she was in before rehab.

"Yes, she has 90 days and I couldn't be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it's work", she told United States radio station Sirius XM. She is avoiding those in her social circle that supported her precarious lifestyle.

"She went on to explained why she thinks Levy is a" really bad influence" on the singer.
