Christmas Abbott has found herself in a legal situation.

Though police declined to book Abbott at the time of the incident because she was pregnant, the third-place Big Brother 2017 competitor, who gave birth to a boy in October, turned herself in after cops issued an arrest warrant on November 6.

Former Big Brother star Christmas Abbott was arrested after she used her auto to go after her baby daddy Benjamin Bunn's alleged mistress.

The reality star drove 'to the gym to confront her child's father's romantic partner'. As she left the gym, she got in her auto and allegedly rammed the woman's vehicle twice, causing over $5,000 worth of damage. She then rammed into the chick's auto in the parking lot.

In the report, the responding officer wrote Abbott "began crying" and told him "she just 'lost it", adding that "the suspect said she is 8 months pregnant and her child's father is cheating on her with the victim".

The former reality star turned herself into jail on Tuesday at 1:57 p.m. on a warrant for criminal mischief, court documents obtained by Fox News revealed.

The arresting officer described Christmas as "loud and boisterous" during his investigation of the scene and explained he had to tell her multiple times to stop "screaming" at the victim. Earlier Wednesday, she shared a video breastfeeding her son, whom she gave birth to in October. One thing that she is quoted as saying is that the woman is "pathetic home-wrecking little slut". She captioned the photo, "How could I ever get enough of that sweet smile?! He simply lights up my heart & makes me so fulfilled!" "No teaching point on this post". Just some simple love & appreciation for my son & all that he brings into my life.
