National Football League reporter Melissa Stark has been praised for maintaining her composure after getting hit in the head with a ball during a live cross.

She took a ball to the noggin during a broadcast on Sunday morning in preparation for the Tennessee Titans' game against the Los Angeles Chargers in London.

Stark, who has been with the NFL Network since 2012, continued to give her report right after getting hit in the head. Nothing like live television.

Her colleagues immediately commended her poise and composure, as did fans on social media.

"Oh, okay", says Stark in that clip.

"Hurts more every time I watch it....literally NEVER happened in 20 years covering National Football League ..."

"In case you're wondering, I'm already off the injury report".

Well played, Melissa Stark.

The Chargers ultimately topped the Titans, 20-19.
