But the Chinese smartphone maker wants to up the game in this front by making improvements to the OnePlus 6T's camera even after being lauded for OnePlus 6's camera performance. The event is set to take place in NY on October 29 and ahead of the event, we have come across plenty of leaks and rumors surrounding the smartphone.

Lau posted a night shot of downtown Shenzhen on Weibo (via MySmartPrice) with a caption that reads "Bring your own filter".

The 13 MP photo was uploaded in full resolution, but without the EXIF info, so we cant reveal more details like aperture or the manufacturer of the sensor. And without this data, it is hard to reveal details such as sensor manufacturer or aperture. One example of such a smartphone will be theupcoming OnePlus 6T that will launch on 29th October. Still, if you take a closer look at the photo, cloud texture, accurate colors and hues of the sky are clearly visible.

OnePlus has managed to get praiseworthy reviews for its phones' performance and design, but the camera aspect has been criticised compared to its rivals.

There have been reports that OnePlus is expected to offer a special mode for low-light photography - an area the company has lacked in gaining proficiency - in the 6T. The OnePlus 6 is also the best selling flagship smartphone in India. With the OnePlus 6T, the company will be introducing the in-display fingerprint sensor and also the waterdrop display.

The product listing on the Webhallen page shows the retail box of the special edition smartphone, while an image of the phone remains blurred and it could be possibly be unveiled when OnePlus finally unveils the phone later this month.
