The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now on a 16-day royal tour that includes stops in Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, took the tram to the beach to meet lifeguards and volunteers that help keep the beach clean. The duchess then did a quick change into a navy blue and periwinkle dress that showed off her tiny baby bump for a surprise visit to an all-girls school.

Harry and Meghan have been in the country since Monday, for a16-day stint in Australia. She told the DailyMail about the conversation she had with the royal mum-to-be.

She said: "Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag".

"She said for her it's yoga, so being on the mat for her is like being in the ocean for us, and at 4:30 am this morning she got up and did yoga", Connell said.

"We both talked about how you feel jet lagged even though you have not travelled anywhere. Physical activity like yoga and surfing is so good for healing your mind". She says she is feeling ok, not too bad.

Her parents divorced when she was just six years old and she spent a lot of time living with her dad Thomas Markle who was lighting director. It was a stark contrast to the time her sister-in-law Catherine kept her shoes on while visiting Manly beach.

When the Duchess was reunited with her gown she said: "It's nice to see it again".
