People Magazine reported that a woman made the call around 10:00 pm and said an individual had been assaulted.

"The female was advised proper action", the Operations Chief said.

Responding authorities reportedly ordered for an ambulance to arrive at the scene, but the emergency ride was canceled after a woman - presumably Evans - expressed her desire to instead take a private vehicle to the emergency room. Apparently, she chose to take none, as David was not arrested and no police report was filed.

A spokesperson for the Columbus County Sheriff Department told E!

A rep for Evans told PEOPLE that the reality star "had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property". Jenelle's representative claimed Jenelle fell down by the fire after losing her balance.

Evans later commented on the scandal, telling TMZ that her husband didn't realize the impact his words would have or the media attention he'd receive.

On Instagram, Evans explained that Kaiser had to have tubes and his adenoids removed like she did when she was a kid.

The Ashley reported that MTV was not filming during the call.

Whether the incident was serious or not, the last two months have been tough for the MTV reality star.

Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans was reportedly admitted to a North Carolina hospital.

Evans married Eason on September 23, 2017, at their North Carolina home. She then followed the driver home and pulled out her gun while her son Jace was sitting beside her in the front seat. News no incident report was taken that day for Evans.
