Maurizio Sarri says Eden Hazard does not need a move to Spain to get trophies and can win "everything" if he stays at Chelsea.

The 27-year-old Belgian playmaker has though insisted it would "not be a problem" for him to finish his career with Chelsea if a move to Real was not forthcoming.

He has appeared to rule out a January switch to Madrid in one of many public pronouncements on the situation in the October global break, comments which were perhaps created to gauge whether Real's reported interest is genuine.

'Eden is a fantastic player, ' said Sarri.

Meanwhile Sarri said Hazard could realise his individual ambitions while remaining at Stamford Bridge.

"I think that he can win everything, including the Ballon d'Or, here without playing in Spain". "And so it will be very important for us if he will remain with us".

Hazard has been instrumental in Chelsea's unbeaten start under Maurizio Sarri, scoring eight goals in all competitions, as the Blues sit joint top of the Premier League alongside Manchester City and Liverpool. "No problem at all". In the last three months, I have seen him always very happy.

"So If I don't go to Spain, it is not a problem".

"I am not able to think about the market at the moment", he added. So he is suitable for me and my way of football and in the future he will be able to play very often'.

Hazard joined Chelsea from Lille in June 2012 and signed his current deal in February 2015.

Hazard reiterated at the start of the worldwide break that joining Madrid remains his "dream" and he wants to "make it happen", but added that he is open to discussing a new long-term contract at Stamford Bridge.
