The birth came on the same day that newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their own pregnancy.

Pippa, 35, gave birth to a boy in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in West London on Monday afternoon.

The news comes just days after Middleton and Matthews, who Wednesday in May 2017, were photographed attending the October 12 wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank.

It took her six weeks after reports started surfacing that she and James were expanding the family for her to confirm it, and even then, she did so covertly in a column about "Exercising During Pregnancy".

Yesterday, Pippa was spotted entering the Lindo Wing private maternity unit, with husband James following behind.

We're sure Prince William and Kate Middleton are thrilled Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince Louis will have a new cousin to play with!

She has never disclosed the due date, however many media outlets predicted she would likely give birth this month. Prince George and Princess Charlotte served in the bridal party, much like they did last week during Princess Eugenie's wedding in Windsor.

What will the baby be called?

Pippa's husband is the financier James Matthews.

Pippa married James in a private ceremony in May past year in Englefield, south west of London. They married in May 2016.

He's the elder brother of Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, who has just welcomed a child himself, after wife Vogue Williams gave birth to their son, Theodore.
