He is set to be released on March 14, 2019, per Bureau of Prisons records. Teresa served 11 months at FCI Danbury in 2015 and Joe is now serving a 41-month prison sentence at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania. "If Joe doesn't win the appeal, his relationship with Teresa is in question".

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is now serving a 41-month sentence in federal prison on bankruptcy fraud charges.

Joe and his wife, Teresa Giudice, were charged with 41 counts of fraud in 2013.

The latest report comes from RadarOnline, confirming that a judge ruled on the order in immigration court Wednesday morning. He has 30 days to appeal the decision, said Kathryn Mattingly, a spokeswoman for the Executive Office of Immigration Review.

Even more shocking was the insider's hint that deportation might spell the end the marriage, as Giudice is no longer enthusiastic about moving to Italy herself.

During a previous court hearing in regard to his potential deportation, Joe attempted to convince the judge on his case to allow him to remain in the USA with his wife Teresa and their four daughters.

"Teresa and Joe both felt they could do their time and then be free to continue their lives, but this is a game changer for them", they said.

In the past Teresa has made light of moving to Italy as it's a attractive place: 'Whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen.

The couple have four daughters together. Teresa's closest friends often wondered how Teresa and Joe lived so well even after their trouble.

The one good news for Joe is that Teresa recently revealed through her attorney that she has no plans to divorce him. Nothing seemed to make sense, they didn't alter their lifestyle at all.

A source told People magazine, "This is going to break her".

Teresa appears to be standing by her man.

Giudice is an Italian citizen who came to the U.S.as an infant and wasn't aware he wasn't an American citizen.
