You can personalize your workouts by selecting from different fitness goals.

Fitness Boxing releases for the Nintendo Switch on January 4, 2019, and is being touted as the ideal workout tool for those looking to fulfill their New Year's resolutions.

Two-player play is also supported, where you can either train together or duel it out.

A Switch game is a fair bit cheaper than a 12-month gym membership you use twice.

Get off the couch and get moving with fun, boxing-based rhythmic exercises set to the instrumental beats of songs by popular artists, including Lady Gaga, Pitbull and Kesha. It's a great way to burn off some calories after holiday gatherings or work on those fitness New Year's resolutions you make every year.

Fitness Boxing, which is at heart a music rhythm title mixed with boxing, will feature a number of modes for play in TV and portable tabletop mode for single and two players arrangements.

Fitness Boxing features a daily training mode that offers low-and high-intensity workouts, each lasting between 10-40 minutes.

Fitness Boxing is a Nintendo Switch exclusive, and will be released at retail and via the Nintendo eShop on December 21, 2018. Further, the game tracks your progress by estimating your BMI and burned calories. As you move toward reaching your goals, you can earn more songs and will also have the opportunity to engage with more challenging training circuits.

While gripping the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controllers, you will be punching, weaving and squatting using the built-in motion controls to get your whole body moving – no need for additional gym equipment.
