"We knew if we lost the first two games it wasn't the end of the world".

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has warned against comparisons between Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and the club's record goalscorer Thierry Henry. I think we are in the first competition in the war.

"The team spirit is better".

"We have to keep quiet and work like we did before and the season is going well".

With Chelsea making up ground by winning 3-0 at Southampton, the league's three unbeaten teams go into the worldwide break locked together on 20 points.

Though a relatively straight-forward fixture list has indeed helped, the North London can only play what's in front of them; the fact remains that Arsenal are now on the best run out of any top English side in 18/19.

Lacazette and Aubameyang have shown this season that they are probably the best strike partnership after the Liverpool front three.

'It is good, he is like my brother, ' said Lacazette. "It is very hard but we must prepare, continue improving and show big commitment", said Emery.

In slipping to defeat, Fulham remain in 17th place with just one win since their return to the top flight.

Mahrez has now missed five of his past eight Premier League penalties - one for City and four for his previous club Leicester City - and seems highly unlikely to be given another chance after blasting the ball over the bar in the 86th minute.

Slavisa Jokanovic's side are the only Premier League team yet to keep a clean sheet this season - but the Whites boss is not about to park the bus in an attempt to turn things around.

"We tried to win the game", he said. In their most recent game against New England Revolution, the forward was forced to come off the pitch after just half an hour and has had to be analysed for a hamstring injury.
