The Raiders started 0-2 and there are serious concerns about how things are being handled in Oakland as the Jon Gruden era continues to kick off in questionable fashion.

There's plenty of frustration surrounding the Oakland Raiders now, and head coach Jon Gruden one of many who doesn't seem thrilled.

"The manner in which he evaluates personnel - and the people who have his ear - has led to a disconnect in a Raiders building filled with people still trying to adjust to a new way of life", Rapoport wrote.

"Gruden had his own draft board and has his own pro board, separate from those used by others in the organization".

Gruden and McKenzie have reportedly gotten along well, but there has been some tension over the moves Gruden has made, most notably the decision to trade former NFL Defensive Player of the Year Khalil Mack to the Chicago Bears.

"The factions do come together for meetings and everyone is eventually heard".

Gruden is in his first season with the Raiders since his return to the field after stepping away from coaching in 2008.

"From the outside looking in, it may look bad, but we know what we have in this locker room", Marshawn Lynch told reporters in Miami. It might not happen this month, next month, but we're going to get results here and we're going to get this Oakland Raider football team back on track.
