The "Stop Kavanaugh" Denver protesters say they believe Boulder woman's claim regarding alleged sexual abuse by the Supreme Court nominee. They're basically saying they don't remember'. She named three people who were at the party: PJ Smyth, Mark Judge, and Leland Ingham Keyser. There are 21 members of the Senate Judiciary Committee - 11 conservative Republican men and 10 Democrats. Ford had written a letter to a California lawmaker about the claim months ago that was passed to Feinstein, but had requested anonymity, and Feinstein said she was trying to honor that. She also called for the committee to refer investigations into both sexual misconduct allegations to the FBI. Ramirez asked that the FBI investigate her story saying, "At least look at it". Separately, Michael Avenatti, who is representing porn actress Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against Trump, tweeted that he has a new female client who has information about Kavanaugh's behavior at high school parties and wants to testify as well.

She says she was picked repeatedly to drink, which caused her to become inebriated.

Furthermore, Keyser is the ex-wife of Democrat operative Bob Beckel and now produces his podcast. She did not flag this for those Democrats.

Kavanaugh staunchly denies both accusations.

Is there another accuser or is it fake news?

By any standard, this story is a mess, including Ramirez's own "recollection".

She told the magazine she only came forward now because she had been drinking during the evening and admits there are "gaps in her memory" when recollecting the story. "At least look at it", she told the New Yorker.

And refuted a new accusation in The New Yorker this weekend that he exposed himself to a classmate at Yale University, also in the 1980s.

The New Yorker added that it "has not confirmed with other eyewitnesses that Kavanaugh was present at the party".

The claim comes on the heels of weeks of controversy surrounding a claim from another woman, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, that Kavanaugh assualted her in high school. Asked why he thought Ramirez was making the allegation, he responded, "I have no idea". Conway during her interview urged Ramirez to contact the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about that accusation. That's why she took the time to think about this carefully. "Brett was laughing", she said.

If you stand with survivors, the path forward is clear: Brett Kavanaugh should be impeached ― not promoted.

"This is a woman I was best friends with". We shared intimate details of our lives.

Farrow's co-author of the piece, Jane Mayer, told "CBS This Morning" she's '100 percent comfortable with the story'.

Kavanaugh never had an easy shot at confirmation as his hearings came in the months before the 2018 Congressional midterm elections.

The agreement for Ford to testify came just hours before the New Yorker magazine published the Ramirez article.

Kavanaugh has called Ford's allegation "completely false" and in a statement provided by the White House Sunday night said the incident described by Ramirez "did not happen". Follow his Facebook Page here.
