According to the leaked specifications, the Galaxy A9 Star Pro's quadruple camera system will feature a 24MP+5MP+10MP+8MP configuration.

Samsung is giving fans a big Galaxy S9 price cut and launching a swathe of new smartphones. The Galaxy J6+ and the Galaxy J4+ with glass-finish design and Dolby Atmos will be available from September 25 on retail outlets, Amazon, Flipkart and Samsung Shop. Moreover, Samsung is also offering "One time Screen Replacement Offer" at Rs 990 till November 11.

The Galaxy J4+ runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box, and sports a 6-inch HD+ (720x1480 pixels) Infinity Display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. "This, coupled with Dolby Atmos, enables consumers to enjoy a full 360-degree surround-sound experience", said Samsung in a press release.

Another interesting thing that we'd like to mention here is that Samsung might launch the Galaxy A9 Star Pro with a fingerprint sensor that is mounted towards the side of the smartphone instead of at the back.

Samsung Galaxy J6+ and J4+ come with a new Emotify feature, available in 22 Indian languages.

The news of this sale comes as Samsung has revealed a swathe of new devices including the Galaxy A7 which features three rear cameras. It lets users create avatars, that can be shared over message or on social media platforms. In terms of camera sensors, the Galaxy S10 will come with combinations of a 16MP wide angle sensor, 18MP low-light sensor or even a 13MP sensor with telescopic lens. On the front, the smartphone gets a 5-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The company has started teasing the same on Instagram and Twitter handles, and the device in question is none other than the recently announced Galaxy A7 (2018), which comes with triple rear cameras.

Both devices will also have the "Make for India" feature, install apps to SD card.

At the launch Mohandeep Singh, Senior Vice President Mobile Business of Samsung India said, "Galaxy J series is India's most popular smartphone series, making up nearly a third of all smartphones sold in India".

There's also a 3,000mAh battery which can be charged wirelessly and 64GB of internal memory that can be boosted to 400GB via a MicroSD card.
