Google Pixel 3 Rumors: Everything We Know

Google is all set to launch the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL on October 9th.

Adding to those rumours, new renders just leaked online and they show both the front and the back of the device. The Pixel 3 XL is seen to have a deep notch, which some users would consider ugly given the lack of symmetry in design.

A Pink and Mint-green coloured variant of Pixel 3 phones could also be on the cards.

Google already gets enough bad press about snooping on our private data and tracking us everywhere we go, so you'd think the company would try its hardest to avoid getting itself embroiled in any further scandal - but you'd be damn wrong. The rear panel design of both the Pixel phones is nearly the same, besides the size. Following the camera setup, the rear panel of the Pixel phones includes a circular fingerprint sensor and then the Google brand logo.

Coming back to the listing, it shows the white and black versions of the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. However, the Pixel 3 has been listed on the Chinese website JD.com, carrying a price tag of $729 (RMB 4,999). Meanwhile, the Pixel 3 comes with bezels and no notch but has the same dual-camera setup on the top.

While numerous affected posters on Reddit described having a Google Pixel device, other brands of Android devices were also mentioned, including the Essential Phone, which was designed by one of the creators of Android.

Since the Pixel 3 features more or less the same hardware specifications as the bigger brother, we're assuming that the smaller model could become the more popular one out of the two.
