The Jaguars (1-0) host the New England Patriots (1-0) on Sunday, a rematch of the AFC championship game, and surely will have a lot to say before, during and after the game.

That same game also saw Ramsey briefly exchange words with reigning MVP Tom Brady during pregame warmups.

When the reporter started to ask about Gronkowski again, Ramsey answered quickly. "It's a big game". He's going to have to come out there and line up on me, or however it goes.

"That's some good percentages still", the 29-year-old Gronkowski said when asked about Ramsey's assertion that the tight end's catch percentage drops from 71 percent to 56 percent when matched up against a cornerback.

"I don't live my life with regrets, man. Things happen".

"I feel like you have to respect the game of football". I love the challenge. He spoke of his respect for the game. Hey, I'm me: "Unapologetic".

"I think on this play, I don't know if they were expecting him to be split out wide but the are inside of Rob right here", explained Belichick.

The Jaguars are loaded with talent at all three levels and return six defenders who were selected to the Pro Bowl last season in defensive linemen Calais Campbell, Malik Jackson and Yannick Ngakoue, linebacker Telvin Smith, and cornerbacks A.J. Bouye and Ramsey.

"Nah, I definitely would". He's a very smart guy. He finished with just two tackles as Brady engineered late-game heroics to erase a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit. "So I never want to be in that category". In response to that, Gronkowski has chosen to push aside the chatter with his focus directed toward helping his team win come Sunday afternoon. He added that he thinks Ramsey is "a great young player".

"It's pretty tough", Brady said of the Jacksonville D. "I think everyone, whenever you play some of the best teams, you want to see where you're measured up to, and that defense was ranked very high all a year ago, and I could see why". "I think emotion in football is critical".

Gronk wasn't the only Patriot to brush off Ramsey's comments.

But Marrone was also quick to offer praise for both Gronkowski and Brady, whom he said were possibly the best to play the game at their positions.

He said he isn't concerned about Ramsey's comments providing the Patriots bulletin board material. "I mean, I don't really go into statistics like that".

It is simply a ploy for Ramsey to get inside the opponent's head as he has voiced his opinions about several notable offensive players around the league where he has bashed their abilities on the field.
