Jordan Brand is a subsidiary of Nike, which supplies PSG's kits for all other competitions and the club's relationship with the USA sportswear giant is otherwise unchanged.

"Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain share a distinct position in sport and style, so to partner with the club is a natural fit", said Michael Jordan himself.

By the end of the 2018-2019 season, the Jordan x PSG collection will include over 90 items from performance, training and lifestyle.

The new collection revolves around the Parisian club's new alternative kits for the 2018-19 season, which sees the standard Nike branding replaced with Jordan's iconic "Jumpman" logo - the famous silhouette of eponymous brand originator and National Basketball Association legend Michael Jordan. There will be Nike phantom and Nike Mercurial boots featuring the Jumpman and Swoosh branding. And now, for the first time, the Jumpman logo will appear on a soccer uniform. Even Brazilian superstar Neymar became the first soccer athlete to have a Jordan collection of soccer cleats. "It is ideal for Paris and for the Champions League. Two partners that are champions, both Paris and Jordan, so I really hope this connection brings us many titles".

The Paris Saint-Germain x Jordan collection will be available via PRE-ORDER from September 13 on store.psg.fr/Jordan, and from September 14 in the Paris Saint-Germain online and official stores, including the brand-new boutique opened with Edifice in Tokyo, as well in the Nike/Jordan stores. The club will debut its new kit on September 18 against Liverpool.
