Having started to conquer the Premier League with the title-winning campaign at City last season, Guardiola looks to be building another dynasty and has no immediate plans to leave the Etihad.

City are without the Belgium global due to a knee injury that is set to rule De Bruyne out of action until November.

The Spaniard is now in charge of his third senior side at City, following jobs at FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

"If the opportunity came, I would like to be a national team coach", he said on the Universe Valdano show.

"[Leeds United boss] Marcelo Bielsa told me he was his favourite player". He does everything. I recently met his parents and you only understand how children are when you have met the parents. The clause is €250million.

Barcelona supporters might get the chance to see Pep Guardiola back at their club after all, as the Manchester City coach admitted that he'd like to finish his coaching career back at La Masia. "I'm sorry, he is not for sale".

And the 47-year-old confirmed he also has ambitions to try his hand at worldwide management should the chance arise. "I want to try it".

Hart, 31, joined Burnley in the close season and is enjoying first-team football in the Premier League again and says he holds no bad feelings towards the coach, even if he does not respect his opinion on his ability.

"Yes, I've renewed. I'm really happy there", he added. "I'm at the club that interests me".
