Aaron Paul is Joining 'Westworld' for Season 3

And Aaron Paul is now set to add another seriously popular and critically acclaimed show to his resume.

As reported by Deadline, the 39-year-old actor is expected to play a recurring role in the show's third season.

HBO's sprawling sci-fi drama series Westworld is getting a major new cast addition.

There are no details yet on Paul's character.

The show finished up its second season on June 24, and was renewed for a third season back on May 1.

The actor is best known for his role on Breaking Bad as Jesse Pinkman, but has also appeared on The Path, Black Mirror and BoJack Horseman, among other film and TV roles.

Though no season three premiere date has been announced at this Entertainment Weekly suggest, 'a 2020 return seems increasingly likely'.

The Emmy Award-winning series recently saw the hosts begin to gain sentience and try to escape the resort to enter the real-world while hunting the human guests that had imprisoned and abused them for decades all in the name of tourism. He most recently headlined Hulu's The Path. Paul is also now shooting the Apple drama "Are You Sleeping", in which he will star opposite Octavia Spencer and Lizzy Kaplan.
