Announced at IFA in Berlin this week, the Acton II and Stanmore II continue the line's legacy of cribbing heavily from Marshall's iconic guitar amp designs. The smaller Acton II Voice, on the other hand, will sell for $299 with pre-orders beginning October 2 and shipping on November 9. While we don't get too excited for Alexa products, simply because we're more aligned with Google's digital assistant, Marshall states that Google Assistant-powered speakers will come later this year. The Acton II Voice will retail at $299 and the Stanmore II Voice will be a $100 more expensive.

Marshall has been carving a niche for itself with cool, classically designed headphones and speakers for a while - combining new technologies with old school form factors. You're getting a smart home hub as well.

The Stanmore II Voice will be up for pre-order August 30th, with deliveries beginning October 2nd.

The company's second announcement is the Kilburn II. New for Kilburn II is the multi-directional Blumlein stereo sound, which will immerse you in your music, indoors or out, as well as Bluetooth Qualcomm aptX.

The Kilburn II is IPX2 water resistant, so good for use outdoors, and has analogue control knobs on the top for precise audio tuning - with bass, treble and volume twisters.

Blumlein Stereo Sound: Kilburn II is constructed with British engineer Alan Blumlein's original idea of stereophonic sound.

20+ hours of portable playtime: Kilburn II weighs just 3kg and offers 20+ hours of portable playtime on a single charge. Play music with any Bluetooth device at a range of up to 30 feet away from the speaker. Now you and a friend take turns playing what you want to hear. The new speaker also comes with a guitar-inspired handle for easy transportation - a nod to Marshall's live music heritage.
