The Nokia 6.1 was launched in India in April, following its global launch at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in February. It was first launched as a Nokia X6 in China. Although many believe HMD will introduce a flagship like the Nokia 9, it's quite possible that the handset maker will launch the Nokia X6, a smartphone that's exclusive to the Chinese market at the moment. Provided below are the Nokia 6.1 Plus rear camera specs.

Nokia 6.1 Plus will launch in India on August 21, which is tomorrow.

The most powerful phone they had developed previously, the Nokia 8, was seen to be made from components that were not powerful enough to truly compete against top end handsets from the likes of Apple and Samsung. The Finnish company has planned an event in India, which is being held in Delhi.

Nokia fans will be able to watch the live launch of the Nokia 6.1 Plus.

Good news is that the August 21 event will be live-streamed on Nokia Mobile Facebook page.

Nokia 6.1 Plus is HMD Global's latest global mid-end smartphone. Named the Nokia 6.1 Plus, the smartphone was launched in Hong Kong in July.

The phone uses glass back on both front and back, and that means it is prone to fingerprints and smudges.

Nokia 6.1 Plus has 64GB of internal storage and an expandable up to 400GB via micro SD card slot.

The phone features a 16MP+5MP vertically stacked dual rear camera and a front facing 16MP selfie camera.
