Stormy point blank refused to appear on the show on Friday night when she was scheduled to go in.

Moore described Daniels as "very angry" at newspaper reports she had asked for more money, which she said were untrue.

She had been widely expected to go into Celebrity Big Brother on Thursday, but didn't end up in the Channel 5 house.

And it's fair to say that fans were pretty disappointed when they missed out on seeing the former porn star walk into the infamous Channel 5 house.

"When Stormy realized that the show's producers were trying to produce a certain result, and she wasn't going to be free to be herself as planned, she withdrew", Clifford's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, told NBC News.

This came out today when Stormy - a former porn star who alleged earlier this year that she had an affair with Donald Trump - was due to appear on "Loose Women" however as her segment approached host Kaye Adams announced that she couldn't be on the show due to "legal implications", despite being just backstage. "They are spreading a false rumour", he said.

Daniels was then booked to appear on ITV's Loose Women chat show on Friday afternoon to explain what happened, but again failed to appear on screen despite making it to the studio on time.

Moore told viewers of Loose Women: "There was a custody development with her daughter late last night".

According to Moore, Daniels said "being a mother comes first" and she had no choice but to return to the U.S. and not appear on Celebrity Big Brother.

"This is obviously her side of the story", Moore said. "She suddenly thought, I can't commit because being a mother comes first".

"She said I will go on the live show when they are introducing everyone, I will explain why I'm not going into the house", Moore said. "She showed me the email".

Jane told the panel: "Needless to say, it has all become a legal situation with lawyers talking to lawyers and she says she has been told she can't come and talk to us, but she wants to be sitting here". "What she wanted to do was sort that out".

A representative for Celebrity Big Brother declined to comment when approached by MailOnline.

But Trump's private attorney, Michael Cohen, admitted in February he had paid her $130,000 - which she says was to buy her silence over the "intimate relationship". "She's feeling as though she's had the power taken away from her".
