Jonathan alleged Deven was deep into drugs - something she had struggled with for more than 20 years. On Aug. 10, Deven apparently went AWOL and had not been seen since then. The couple have two children together, 13-year-old Pirate and Zeppelin, 11. But they seemed to be together in a Facebook Live video from December 2017.

Deven was discovered dead on the same day her estranged husband had filed for a domestic violence restraining order.

As further noted by TMZ, Jonathan Davis filed for divorce from Deven in October, 2016, due to irreconcilable differences. The Korn vocalist reportedly said in his court declaration that Deven Davis was dependent on both prescription and illegal forms of narcotics and was "constantly under the influence" of nitrous oxide, cocaine, and Norco, a drug which PainScale describes as a combination of the mild pain reliever acetaminophen and the opioid medication hydrocodone. He alleged her drug use was causing emotional harm to the kids through neglect.

Deven Davis passed away at the age of 39 today. On top of that, Jonathan has claimed that recently, when he took his children to visit her, he found her drug dealer boyfriend passed out on a couch, her passed out on a bed, and drugs and drug paraphernalia floating inside a toilet bowl.

Deven would "routinely bring home unsavory characters, including strangers", the documents read, according to TMZ. I love being a father: waking up in the morning, [taking] them to school, fixing them breakfast. "Music is the other side of me".
