She was subsequently charged with one count each of battery and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer - both misdemeanors - after the case was filed on July 13, officials said.

Abraham pleaded not guilty to charges of battery and resisting arrest for the incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel. When that's done, however, the "Teen Mom" star says she has her eye on going pro.

Abraham opened up about her not guilty plea to Us Weekly Monday following her court appearance.

Per the magazine, the deal calls for "three years of probation, 26 classes of anger management, mandatory hours of community service, and court fees and fines". She would also have to stay away from the Beverly Hills Hotel. I'm not guilty. l don't need any criminal records.

Abraham is the same girl who was sacked from Teen Mom because she participated in a live-nude cam show that was so bad the website refunded everyone their money. "I don't think it's amusing when other people are bullied or harassed". I am a victim and that is why I am here.

Farrah Laurel Abraham, 27, has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which stem from a June 13 incident in which she was asked to leave a restaurant at the historic Sunset Boulevard hotel, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said in a news release. "I just don't want to be victimized and charged for something false on my record".

At 5ft2in, the 35-year-old former TSA agent is five inches shorter, but Abraham is far more vulnerable due to her surgically-enhanced breasts, nose, chin, and lip/cheek fillers.

Back at the time of her arrest, Abraham was accused of pushing and hitting a security guard in the face at the hotel after allegedly getting involved in a verbal altercation with another guest.

A representative for Abraham told Fox News in June that the situation was not quite what it seemed.

Farrah - who released two Vivid Entertainment sex tapes in 2013 and 2014 - was sacked off the reality show in March for performing in an adult webcam show. "A misunderstanding occurred and there was no battery or trespassing", Elizabeth Lloyd said.
