Colombian centre-back Mina will join in a deal worth €30.25 million with another €1.5 in potential add-ons, Barcelona said.

Gomes, meanwhile, will join the Toffees on a season-long loan.

Everton confirm the signing of Brazil global Bernard on a free transfer following his departure from Shakhtar Donetsk at the end of last season.

Shortly after the transfer of Mina to Everton, the loan deal of André Gomes also to Everton was made public.

Moments later they also confirmed that Portugal global Gomes would join the Premier League side on loan.

The relationship between Barcelona and Everton is believed to be strong, with left-back Lucas Digne already moving to Goodison Park from the Nou Camp in this window.

A Premier League club has officially announced the signing of two FC Barcelona stars. "This is an ambitious club which is aiming to achieve real success with Marco Silva's ideas and the new players coming in".

At worldwide level, he was also part of the Brazil team who won the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and played for his country at their home World Cup in 2014.

Bernard has revealed Silva played a key role in convincing him to join Everton saying: "I chose Everton because of all the things I had heard about Marco Silva and after speaking to him I was happy with what he said to me".

'The manager made me feel confident about playing here.

Bernard, 25, has spent the last five seasons with Shakhtar but with his contract expired he will now move to Everton on a four-year deal.
