Dew points remain high for a next few days continuing to give us muggy conditions. Showers and storms will pop up again each afternoon.

You'll have a brief reprieve from the heat and humidity on today with comfortable highs in the upper-70s. While no severe weather is expected, some storms still could produce some heavy rain and gusty winds reducing visibility.

Mostly sunny and warmer Thursday with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Any storm chance this afternoon will be EXTREMELY limited and mainly north of downtown. There will be a chance for showers and storms during the afternoon. Temperatures should reach the mid 80s before storms fire. Coverage with the showers and storms 30%-40%.

The weekend is looking increasingly pessimistic.

Monday will start off with some fog under partly cloudy skies.

We are watching a non-tropical, surface low pressure system centered about 1200 miles southwest of the Azores.

A shower looks possible at any time, but neither day will be a washout. With the rain and added cloud cover, temperatures will be pulled back to the 80's, more seasonal level temperatures. There will be at least a chance of thunderstorms each day.
