The Migos rapper was pulled over by police in Georgia when he attempted to make an improper lane change.

The 26-year-old Migos rapper was taken into custody by the Clayton County Police Department and booked into jail at 6:42 p.m. on Friday, ET has learned. The outlet reports officers allegedly made the stop due to the overly tinted windows on his vehicle; however, witnesses say officers soon discovered at least one gun inside Offset's SUV during the traffic stop.

He has since been charged with four crimes: possession of firearm by felon, possession of one ounce or less of marijuana, possession of weapon during a crime and an improper lane change.

The arrest comes less than a month after he and Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, known worldwide by her stage name Cardi B, welcomed their daughter Kulture into the world. Given that Offset is a convicted felon - and one who is now on probation - a gun possession charge could spell big trouble for him.

The Culture II rapper later took to social media to share a video of a new vehicle he had purchased for the innocent bystander who helped to free him from his wrecked auto and saved his life.
