The trio of new perfumes - Cherry, Vibes, and Peach - are modeled after three popular Kimojis.

Kim Kardashian West can literally smell the money.

The reality star recently launched a new perfume called "Vibes" and is now being sued for allegedly stealing the logo from another company, TMZ reports.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, mobile marketing company Vibes Media claimed that Kim knocked off its trademarked logo, a blue speech bubble with the word "vibes" written in white lowercase, which was registered by the company back in 2012. Though both the speech bubble and lettering are modified, Kardashian's "vibes" kimoji and perfume bottle do appear similar to the logo in question. The company also included an order for KKW Fragrance to turn over all unsold perfumes so they can be destroyed.

Vibes Media is now seeking an injunction to prevent Kardashian West from continuing to sell the product, while the firm is also calling on the brunette beauty to give them all of her unsold fragrance bottles so they can be destroyed.

KKW's social media standing is so huge and far-reaching that she can essentially advertise anything she wants through one Instagram post before then reaping the benefits.

Uhh, that's an interesting take for a family that shares just about everything!

She said: "If they are famous for being famous they're still important; people are still taking their advice; people are still paying attention to them whether they are speaking about fashion or beauty or activism".
