Amazon Studios released the trailer for one of their more compelling releases, Life Itself. The film tells the love story of a couple played by Oscar Isaac and Olivia Wilde, told through multiple generations and spanning both decades and continents. The man behind This Is Us and Crazy, Stupid, Love is back with Life Itself - no, not the Roger Ebert documentary - and by the looks of the first trailer, it's going to leave cinemagoers in puddles by the time the end credits roll.

As a young NY couple goes from college romance to marriage and the birth of their first child, the unexpected twists of their journey create reverberations that echo over continents and through lifetimes in Life Itself.

Dan Fogelman has been quite busy these last two years making you well up with tears and marvel at the fragility and majesty of life, love, and family with his NBC drama This Is Us.

Antonio Banderas, Annette Bening, Olivia Cooke, Laia Costa, Alex Monner, Mandy Patinkin and Sergio Peris-Mencheta also star. He's also stacked the cast with an assortment of performers who thrive in dramatic storylines.

If you've watched an episode of 'This Is Us', then you should have an idea of what you're getting yourself in for here - as it's the same guy behind that directing and writing this.

Life Itself is produced by Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey and Aaron Ryder.
