Louis' big brother and sister Prince George (four) and Princess Charlotte (three) were, as usual, the stars of the show at The Chapel Royal in St James's Palace this afternoon for the celebrations.

The queen and Prince Philip will not attend the christening of their youngest great-grandchild. On Monday just before the christening, the palace confirmed that the gown would be worn by Louis once more to continue the royal tradition.

Prince Louis was born on April 23 and is a younger brother to Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 3. Kate looked radiant as she pushed the vintage Millson pram that her grandmother-in-law the Queen used in the 1950s for her sons Prince Andrew and Prince Edward.

Mr. Nicholas van Cutsem is one of William and Harry's oldest friends.

Prince Louis' first godmother is Lady Laura Meade.

Little baby Louis wore a handmade replica of the Royal Christening Robe, the palace said, which was made by the queen's longtime dressmaker, Angela Kelly.

The cake choice was announced on the official royal website, reading: "Following the service, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will give a private tea at Clarence House".

Their mother, Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, walked beside them, holding the newly christened Prince Louis.

E! News has learned the Duchess of Cambridge opted for a cream Alexander McQueen dress.

They were joined by grandparents Michael and Carole Middleton, uncle James Middleton and pregnant aunt Pippa, who attended with her husband James Matthews.

Prince Louis has been christened during a 40-minute service at the Chapel Royal at St James' Palace in London. Princess Charlotte looked precious in a blue dress and matching headband while Prince George sported a short-sleeved white shirt and navy shorts.

She was dressed in another Peter Pan-collared dress, similar to the blue frock she wore at the christening on Monday.

Aubrey-Fletcher is yet another longtime friend of William's, according to People. The christening cake is actually a tier of the 17-tier wedding cake.
